Logging in through an active directory
tip Label

Tip:

Logging in using active directory means that a user can log in with the domain account or the e-mail address of the hospital and the related password.
This is an optional integration and can only be set up for radiology departments. If you are interested, please contact DH Healthcare GmbH for more information.

To log in through an active directory

1. Go to the hospital’s login page and click the Doctor box.
2. In the username field, enter the username or e-mail address of the hospital and click Continue.
3. Enter the password registered with the hospital for the related account and click Log in.

Active Directory Federation Services
If the active directory integration has been set up using ADFS, you will be redirected to a separate page, hosted by the hospital to complete the password.
One-Time-Password
After successfully logging in to DeepUnity PACSonWEB for the first time, you will receive a One-Time-Password (OTP) via SMS to the account's registered mobile phone.
Enter the received code you received in the Extra security: Enter One-Time-Password dialog and click Continue.
If the OTP code is entered incorrectly, you will not be logged in.
If an incorrect OTP is entered 5 consecutive times, the account will be locked.
If everything has been entered correctly, the overview page will be displayed.
Password complexity pop-up
If you have logged in with a password that does not meet the DeepUnity PACSonWEB password policy, a pop-up will notify of this and request you change your current password.
Change your password in the User settings page to meet the imposed password complexity so you can keep logging in to DeepUnity PACSonWEB beyond the date displayed in the pop-up.
For detailed instructions on how to change your password, go to Change or reset your password
