Change or reset your password
You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it or if your password has expired.

Important!
Changing your password is only available if you are logged in to a DeepUnity PACSonWEB account. For those logged in with an Active Directory account, changing your password from this page is not possible.
Resetting your password is only possible if your mobile phone is registered with DH Healthcare GmbH

Change your password
1. Login to your DeepUnity PACSonWEB account.
2. In the top toolbar, hover over the
settings icon .
3. Select User Settings from the drop-down menu.
The page will open to the My Account tab
4. Under
Security, click
Change.
5. Enter your current password in the Old password field.
6. Enter your new password in the New password field.
7. Confirm your new password by re-entering it in the Confirm new password field.
8. Click Change password to update your password.
Once you click Change password, your old password will be overwritten with the new one.
9. To cancel your changes, click Cancel change password.
Your DeepUnity PACSonWEB password will expire automatically after one year.
Reset your password
1. From the login page, enter your username and click Continue.
2. Below the password field, click "Forgot your password?"
A pop-up dialog will be displayed with the e-mail address you entered at the login page.
3. Verify the the e-mail address is correct and click Reset.
A confirmation message will be displayed.
4. Click Ok.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
5. In the email, click on the Password reset link. The link will open a webpage.
6. Enter the SMS code that you receive at the GSM number registered with DH Healthcare GmbH (the GSM number where the code is sent is also mentioned in the e-mail).
If an SMS code is entered incorrectly, the password will not be changed.
If an SMS code is entered incorrectly five times, the account will be locked.
7. Enter a new password in the New password field.
8. Confirm the new password in the Confirm new password field.
9. Click Reset password.
If everything was entered correctly, you will be redirected to the login page where you can log in with your username and new password.

Important!
The link to reset your password is valid for 48 hours. After 48 hours, the link will open a dialog notifying you that the link has expired and instructing you to repeat the process for resetting your password. You will receive a new e-mail with an updated link.
