Two-factor authentication
After logging in, your account may require two-factor authentication (2FA). DeepUnity PACSonWEB offers different possibilities for 2FA. If you have not yet configured your two-factor authentication method, when logging in, a pop-up dialogue will require you select your choice of 2FA. You can choose from the following options:
• Time-based one-time password from app: Authenticate using an authenticator app. We advise you to use the DU PACSonWEB mobile app, as it is the most secure option. However, you can also use third-party authenticator apps, such as Lastpass Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Duo.
• One-time password by SMS: A code will be sent to your mobile phone if your mobile phone number is registered with your account.
If your mobile phone number has not been registered with your account, you will receive the code to your e-mail once. After logging in, you will have the possibility to register your mobile phone number.
• One-time password by e-mail: A code will be sent to your e-mail.
You can change your two-factor authentication method under User settings > My Account > Security.
