Confirming your login
Depending on your configured two-factor authentication method, there are different ways of confirming your login.
For confirming your login via app, please refer to Logging in using the DU PACSonWEB mobile app.
For confirming your login via one-time password (OTP) by sms or e-mail, please follow these steps:
1. Enter the 6-digit code that you have received either by sms or by e-mail into the One-time password field in the OTP dialogue.
If you check the Remember this browser for 30 days box, you will not be required to enter a one-time password for 30 days when you log in from the same machine using the same browser.
2. Click Continue.
You now have access to all studies you have requested and that have been shared with you.

• The OTP code is only valid for 20 minutes.
• You can have a new code sent from this screen, by clicking Resend one-time password. Only the last received code can be used.
• If the one-time password code is entered incorrectly, you will not be logged in.
• If an incorrect OTP is entered 5 consecutive times, the account will be locked.
